Flexi Belle

The act

Flexi Belle is billed by Funny Girls as a high-kicking, drop-splitting dancing diva, small but mighty. Flexi's act is dance first: classical technique, extension and control, then the rhinestones, wigs and attitude of drag on top. If you want to see why Funny Girls is called a revue rather than a bar show, watch the line numbers. Flexi is one of the dancers who make them work.

Flexi has described dance as always being at the centre of their life, and drag as the element that had been missing: the glamour and sparkle that turned dancing into performing.
