Forum house rules

These rules keep the forum friendly and safe for everyone.

1. Be kind. No homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism, sexism or abuse of any kind. Disagree with ideas, not people.
2. Over 18s only. The scene and many venues are 18+, and so is this forum.
3. No personal details. Don't post anyone's full name, phone number, address or photos without their permission, and don't share your own private details.
4. No hook-ups, sex work or explicit content. This is a guide to the scene, not a dating site.
5. No spam or advertising. Venues are welcome to answer questions about themselves, but don't post adverts. Links are checked before they appear.
6. Reviews must be genuine. Only write about places you have actually been. Don't post fake reviews or review your own business.
7. No illegal content. No drugs dealing, threats or anything that breaks the law.

Every post and comment is checked by a moderator before it appears. We remove anything that breaks these rules, and repeat offenders are blocked. If you see something wrong, use the Report link under it.
