The best nights to go

Friday and Saturday are the busiest nights, when the Village Angels patrol and G-A-Y is busiest after 10pm. Thursday is a strong drag night at The Thompsons Arms and Centre Stage MCR. Late venues such as Cruz 101, The Church, Company Bar and the Eagle run into the early hours at weekends.

Tuesday

• Company Bar: Late opening, from 20:00. Basement bar opens Tuesdays until 3am.

Wednesday

• Iconic Bar: Gin Wednesdays. Weekly gin night.
• Cruz 101: Jukebox. Weekly club night.

Thursday

• The Thompsons Arms: Live Drag / Cabaret, from 23:00. Guest drag act, free entry.
• Centre Stage MCR: Thursdays are a Drag. Weekly drag night.
• New Union: Karaoke. Karaoke night.

Saturday

• Vanilla: Vanilla Saturdays, from 22:00. The lesbian bar opens on Saturdays only, until 5:30am.
