Drag, LGBTQ+ nights and events in Newcastle

What's on in Newcastle's Pink Triangle: drag and cabaret, the regular weekly nights, and dated events from now into 2027.

The best nights to go

Friday and Saturday are the busiest nights, when Switch, The Yard and Rusty's fill up before Powerhouse and The Pink Room run until 04:00 or later. The Yard and The Bank open from the afternoon, so many people start there on Scotswood Road. Bars rarely charge entry, which makes hopping between venues easy.
