Walking from Preston to Blackpool for Lancashire LGBT
As Pride Month wrapped up, county charity Lancashire LGBT thanked everyone who raised money for it during June. One effort stood out for us: a sponsored walk all the way from Preston to Blackpool.
Venues chipped in too, with Argento Lounge picking the charity for its LoungeAid fundraising.
Lancashire LGBT runs support groups, counselling and social activities across the county, including a monthly LGBTQ+ swim in Blackpool on the last Thursday of the month, with sole use of the pool and a coach (registration needed). Find out more at lancslgbt.org.uk.
