The best nights to go

Friday and Saturday are the big nights: The New Foresters stays open until 04:00 and runs its Saturgay party, while The Lord Roberts on Broad Street is open until 01:00. Midweek, The New Foresters has hosted nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Gladrags, the roving drag club night, is the main monthly event.

• Six Barrel Drafthouse Hockley: Quiz night. Weekly pub quiz.

Wednesday

• The New Foresters: Wednesdays with Blue Savannah, from 21:00. Weekly hosted night, 21:00 to midnight.

Thursday

• The New Foresters: Fursday with Officer Fur, from 20:00. Weekly hosted night, 20:00 to midnight.

Friday

• Our Space - The Pride Shop: Friday Friends, from 16:00. LGBTQ+ social group, 16:00 to 18:00.

Saturday

• The New Foresters: Saturgay, from 20:00. Saturday night party, 20:00 to midnight.
• BEAR Hockley: Content Cafe, from 10:30. LGBTQ+ community coffee morning, 10:30 to 12:00.
