One of the Rainbow Quarter's best-loved guesthouses is on the market. The owners of Lee & Chris's Belvedere on Dickson Road announced the sale in June, after five years and seven months in charge.
Their other businesses are growing and need more of their time. Running the Belvedere has clearly been a labour of love for them.
No price or buyer has been announced. Note that this is the Belvedere on Dickson Road, not the Belvedere Hotel on Albert Road, which is not closing.
